For the needs of assignor MILLENIUM 2000 Ltd., the consultant Max Consult.Bg Ltd. finds most appropriate way and administrative order, as it co-operates with the investor in the relations with the ex-owners of the terrain, representing agricultural land with designated permanent use – meadow. It specifies and leads the investment intention in the most suitable for the assignor direction, as it shows and determines the correct terrain for project realization. It also creates conditions for, firstly, concluding preliminary contracts for sale and purchase of the properties, secures competent co-operation, mediates and represents the assignor by proxy for concluding the final contracts with notary deed and completing of the notary proceedings, by order of the following documentation and providing the necessary documents.

The provided by Max Consult.Bg Ltd. mediation and representation leads to quick results and gives the possibility of immediate start for project realization. For the needs of assignor MILLENIUM 2000 Ltd., the consultant Max Consult.Bg Ltd. conducts the necessary procedure, provides the required documentation and elaborates for the estate Detailed Development Plan – Construction Plan with change the statute of the land – “for constructing residential building”. The experience in completing this procedure at a high professional level leads to rapid and opportune actions, and desired results.

The co-operation and the provided visa for designing in the property reflect the possibilities for building and the parameters which are underlining the whole process of elaboration of GRADUS project.
Max Consult.Bg Ltd. renders assistance for the prompt conducting of all necessary procedures and secures obtaining a construction permit for the object, consults the different stages from the project realization.

The project GRADUS is located in the new zone of Bansko, within the most rapidly developing quarter Gramadeto, in close proximity to all town attractions – five minutes away from the gondola lift and exactly that far from downtown, surrounded from the famous hotel Perun, Lion, Grand Montana, Bondis, Tanne, Kempinski Grand Arena and others.
