It also creates conditions for, firstly, concluding preliminary contracts for sale and purchase of the properties, secures competent co-operation, mediates and represents the assignor by proxy for concluding the final contracts with notary deed and completing of the notary proceedings, by order of the following documentation and providing the necessary documents.
