Stage: project
Project 2, realized on the grounds of Max Consult.Bg Ltd.’s investment program, located over terrain, owned by the company, right in Bansko heart in the most rapidly developing locality Gramadeto, in close proximity to all attractions of the town – five minutes away from gondola lift and exactly that far from downtown, surrounded by famous hotels as “Perun”, “Tamplier”, “Kempinski Grand Arena”, “Tanne” and others.

The project is worked out according to own references as the adequate demand of the market has been taken in consideration, while for the elaboration and project realization, not only apartments have been foreseen, but also the necessary for the comfort and good mood facilities extras, such as restaurant, Spa-center with small fitness, reception and security, shops.

The internal staircase is decided in atrium space, ending with roof glazing that creates at the same time light and warmth. The building is optimized the modern vision of Bansko architecture, combining within the tradition and way of living of the town. Typical revetment stone, wooden elements – props, bordering, wooden joinery work, tiles and white plaster – all this typifies our idea of the style and new appearance of Bansko.
