Stage:
1. To design 2 types of houses with two bedrooms and three bedrooms. On the lower level - living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with WC, for houses with 3 bedrooms - living room with private bathroom. Upstairs - 2 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Provide a shed for 1 m2 of wood for the fireplace to each house. To provide a module "SPA" - 15 m2, which contains a sauna, Russian bath / steam bath, Jacuzzi and bath. At the request of the client, this module will be attached to the house. To provide a module "Barbecue" - 20 m2, which contains a barbecue, grill / oven, large dining table with chairs, kitchen counter with sink and refrigerator. Possibility for French windows and opening in summer. The module can be solved with a separate bathroom - toilet with guest sink. At the request of the client this module will be attached to the house. Each of the houses should have a separate yard - about 300m2, at the request of the client can be designed a small pool or jacuzzi in the yard. 2 parking spaces under a canopy for each house, if desired, additional parking spaces can be added. 2. To design a Club Building, which contains:  Reception;  Restaurant;  Lobby with sofas and internet access;  Cafe - library;  Relaxation area - games room - cards, billiards, etc. board games;  Children\'s area - games room and outdoor playground to it; 3. In total for the complex to be organized:  Multi functional playground - mini football;  Bobsleigh track for children - for sledding with mini tow;  Playground - sandpit, swings, slides, tree house and more.
