The hotel complex consists of these differentiated zones:

• Sports-recreation center

• Internal recreation space
• Over- and underground parking places
The preliminary design is worked out as a skilful combination in Bansko spirit with its uniqueness and atmosphere, and the modern trends in creating the architectural image of hotel, offering comfort and facilities all year long.
Each of the zones has the following contents:
Hotel part
The hotel part is detached and planned in three separate sections, connected with each other by means of communication centers and personable foyer with glazing on the entire front façade. In the separate levels, the following premises can be found:
• Basement: underground garages, technological premises, kitchen servicing block, wine-cellar, night-bar, adjacent premises
• Ground floor: entrance foyer, reception, staff premises, outlets, lobby-bar, day-bar, ski wardrobe, business center, conference halls, sports-recreation section with swimming pool, main restaurant, balneology, separate economic entrance, entrance for guests, visiting only the sports-recreation center
• First floor – hotel rooms with two or three beds, small apartments, Internet club, quiet games.
• Second floor – hotel rooms, apartments, vertical communications
• Panorama floor – suites, panorama bar
During the process of designing the hotel part, all required for such hotel class installations are foreseen:
• Air-conditioning
• Convector heating
• Central dust-removing system
• Structure cabling
• Internet, TV, DVD
• Joinery work in combination with aluminum and wood
• Fir-signaling and fire-extinguishing
• Magnetic cards
Individual houses
The individual houses are located within the internal space of the complex. Each of them has 57.5 sq. m of built-up area and general construction of 178 sq. m. They include:
- Entrance hall, living-room, kitchen, WC, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, closet, internal stairs.
Each can take up from 4 to 6 guests who have at their disposal all facilities of the hotel complex.
Sports-recreation center
The center as it is designed offers high level of the following services:
• Swimming pool
• Fitness
• Saunas with different temperatures
• Massage premises
• Physician’s premises
• Aerobics
The pool is planned to be entirely open-air during summertime.
Internal recreation space
The internal space is thoroughly designed with respect to the necessity for a full relaxation of hotel guests and because of that the following parts are foreseen:
• Garden bar
• Open children swimming pool
• Children playground
• Tennis court
• Rock gardens
• Barbeque
• Stone river with wooden bridge
Over- and underground parking places
The complex has 45 over-ground parking places and 40 underground, designed according to the assignor’s reference wit independent entrance and control.
The preliminary architectural design is worked out entirely in compliance with investor’s requirements, as in the next phase all zones will be specified and altered, if necessary
