Max Consult.BG Ltd. has been observing thoroughly the legal regulations and possibilities, and elaborat the concept according to the needs of the investor under the issued designing visa.

The site is situated at one of the central transport streets of the town. The project for implementation of additional construction in the existing massive residential building in the plot has been elaborated and proceeded as a commercial Bansko style area is foreseen, designed to be one-floored and to face the street.
