MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. unifies the two properties, conducting the following procedure for changing their statute for constructing a residential building. It prepares the necessary documentation and secures the concluding of a notary deed for conceding the construction lease to Bondis Ltd. against an indemnity by Vitality Ltd.
MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. gives a form and directs the investment intention in the most appropriate to the investor and to the connected to him persons direction for the project accomplishment after conducting the following procedures of the design documentation of the estate and the object, as well as approving and issuing a construction permit, providing a construction company, concluding the necessary contracts and realization of the relevant legal relations, building, finishing and entering into exploitation.
The entire idea for realization of the construction and the investment project is formed completely under the leadership and control of MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd.
The supervision determines apartments and includes all necessary facilities, corresponding to the requirements for four- star hotel. It has a unique and original perception, typical version of the traditional Bansko architecture in a modern aspect – the plaster is of light ochre, the selected stone is of golden gneiss, the props and the wooden bordering are in dark brown, the PVC-woodwork with the same color, the tiles are the roof covering. The whole vision gives a kind of modernized interpretation of the Bansko tradition in building a home. There is greenery in the yard; the fence is open-work. The erection is angle-formed in a corner plot. There is secured a central entrance from the east side, as there are lobby-bar with reception, sanitary premises, ski storage, office for the management with sanitary and sleeping premises, outlet, one studio and one apartment on the ground floor. Special installations are finished; video surveillance, cable and satellite TV, telephones and wireless Internet are secured. In the basement of the building, there are also foreseen and finished underground parking, common laundry premises, storages, SPA-center.
For the object, there is a designed, erected and entered into operation electrical substation in the adjacent plot of Bansko Developments Ltd. – Grand Montana, as well as internal connections which are secured by MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd.
