For the needs of his clients, consultancy house MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. skillfully looks for the right place for realization of their investment intentions for satisfying their own needs for recreation and peaceful way of living.
The consultant provides his services for reviewing and filling in the documentation, consults the deal forming, conducts changing the statute of the agricultural land “for constructing a residential building“. He carries out inspections on the spot in order to receive a tangible picture and best orientation of the building in the surrounding area and the plot, as well as of the necessary researching with the purpose of acquiring starting data for designing.
The building is located in the villa zone of the mountain resort Ribaritza, outside the regulation lines. It is situated in a spacious estate, bordering on one side to the river, and on the other to the country-road. The situation determines the right choice of location, combined with a wonderful vision and unique view.
The project is realized under the supervision of consultancy house MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. with manager Nikolay Valkov. The company is specialized in providing a full range of “catering” services in the construction branch – from acquiring the estate to building the development.
The author of the architectural design is arch. Vesselin Petkanchin from studio “Archisto 2000” Ltd. and MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. The functional decision is observed according to investors’ requirements for achieving high results and comfortable way of living and exploitation.
The building has got two floors, it’s freely standing as there are foreseen and finished all necessary and craved for by the owners details and components, storage and installation areas, parking. A covered swimming pool, summer-house and barbeque.
The building has a monolith ferro-concrete construction. The external walls are of bricks with heat insulation. The woodwork is PVC in white. The architectural outlook is in the spirit of a traditional house, usual for the region, successfully formed and finished with elements, close to the hut vision. The silhouette is enriched with the adjoining terrace on the ground level. The plaster is silicate large-grain as the building is crossed with stone revetment, wooden props and satrachi. The roof is with eaves with wooden casing and it is with tiles. The terrace rails are open-work. The estate is isolated from the street by high thick brick-laid fence with stone bottom part and white plaster in the upper part, covered with tiles and wooden components. The entrance is organized through a solid wooden door and the parking is possible under a shelter – awning.
The access control, realized by the solid fence also contributes for the isolated and peaceful using of the property, his original vision and beauty.
