High Land Lodge is much different from what\'s already available on the property market in Bansko. The teams of architects have designed an exceptional building in line with the local style taking every single factor and luxury requirement into account.

 

 
The development is located right at the bottom of the Pirin Mountains, at 975m altitude (Bansko\'s altitude is around 940-960m) and at the same time just 300m away from the existing Gondola lift station  - an advantage that you\'ll feel right away.

Parking is not a problem here (as compared to the eastern side of town) and you won\'t have to pay for parking every time you go skiing because you can simply walk to the gondola or use the shuttle service that will be provided from the next year.

 

The golf course (also on the western side of the town) which is just 5 min. away from the development will also add to the value of the properties.

 

The property management company on site will make sure that your properties are well maintained through the years and could also rent out the flats for you if you are after making a good return on your investment. 

 

High Land Lodge consists of 37 luxury flats, 15 garages, Lobby bar, Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Cmmunal Terrace which will serve food and drinks as well as a Communal Garden with a Barbeque area where you could enjoy the sun in the warmer months of the year.
