Under the order of the legal regulations, desire and requirements of the investor, the provided co-operation and consultancy services according to the issued designing visa, the reconstruction project has been elaborated by arch. Vesselin Petkanchin and proceedеd by Max Consult.BG Ltd., whereas from the existing one-floor building, representing a tavern, a catering establishment facing the street to be foreseen, adequate to the local traditions and legal requirements – TAVERN in Bansko style and unique character of offered goods, services and meals.

The establishment has a business hall with fire-place, snack and refreshment bar, modern kitchen with the necessary premises and zones, as well as a separate supply entrance.

In the under-roof space, there is a detached hotel part with a separate entrance.

Having executed all construction and mounting works, and considered architectural details, Tavern and Hotel “Janitza” merges in the traditional Bansko architecture, combining white plaster, wooden props, tiles, suitable stone and wonderful interior. Presenting its whole vision, the site contributes to the new appearance of the resort’s central part, as it fits in the offered attractions and services.
