Consultancy house MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. has rendered assistance to EM-STROY Ltd. in conducting the procedure for the design documentation DDP-CP /Detailed Development Plan – Construction Plan/ for both properties, approving the design and issuing a construction permit, following entering into operation.
The design has been worked out on the grounds of investor’s references, specified by MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. which foresees the constructing of two blind wall buildings. The entrance is situated in the south-eastern part and services both buildings, as very closely the reception and the management offices are located.
The erection is connected with the purpose of achieving high results and a larger built-up area. Apartments of different type are designed, as a communication between the ground floor and high levels in the building is secured in order to be used a common elevator.
In the ground floor of the building, there are SPA-center, having a steam bath, Jacuzzi, showers, changing rooms, fitness and parking. The development is managed as a four-star hotel, as the relevant and needed facilities have been secured. The building façade is of dragged orange plaster, a suitable stone – gneiss is secured, there are wooden props and casings; the roof is finished with tiles.
