The reconstruction of the being constructed building is performed during the construction works in compliance with the expectations of the investor MAX CONSULT.BG by order of optimizing the construction and realizing the investment intentions for creating a modern office of the company, together with servicing areas and territories, corresponding adequately to the up-to-date and world requirements and standards for the development. The reconstruction comprises re-designing whereat it is created an expansion and change of the distribution of the existing spaces, dividing the foreseen new objects, additional building of new servicing premises for sports and relaxation. Designing and building all systems and installations, necessary and according to standard – class A, securing an interdependence and functional detachment of the objects in the building.
