The complex Redenka Palace is located in the area Redenka on the territory of Razlog town on the road Simitli – Drama, before the swerve to Razlog, 5 kilometers away from Bansko, and is being constructed by “EM - Stroy” SOLtd. in the same area. The project is invested by “Bansko Developments” Ltd., oversight by “Delta Consult” Ltd. and is realized with collaboration of “Max” Ltd. Redenka Palace turns out to be the accent for a complex of one-family and many-family buildings with open and covered pool, tennis and volleyball court and playgrounds. The designing is in conformity with the ambient nature and the marvelous views to Rila Mountain, whose peaks correspond with the sharp roofs. The style of the buildings is Alpine with roofs, reaching to the terrain. The facade is an apt combination of stone, plaster and wood. It is to be constructed a residential building from a closed type with controlled access and security guards, whereas there are foreseen - SPA–center, fitness, restaurant and residential part of the floors.

Redenka Golf & Ski Club is served by its own shuttle-bus service to the Gondola lift in Bansko, the Golf course and to the nearby resorts or towns.

Redenka Golf & Ski Club will start operations and accept its first guests in Dec 2006 at Redenka Chalets Phase I. This is the first development to be completed.

Nine more 3-bedroom chalets have been released for sale off-plan in Dec 2006. Redenka Chalets Phase II have been completely sold out for 3 weeks. Scheduled completion for Nov/Dec 2006.

All chalets and apartments are all sold and are already fully booked for the 2007-2008 season. Redenka Chalets Phase I will accept their first guests and skiers in Dec 2006.

Grand Redenka is the latest release of the gated complex. It will mark the completion of the Redenka Golf & Ski Club. Grand Redenka has outdoor swimming pool, Spa and Sports Centre and a real Irish pub! The construction of Grand Redenka will start in September 2006 with completion scheduled for April/May 2008.

PropertyManagement.BG, the market leader, will offer all property owners in Redenka Golf & Ski Club an efficient and highly effective Property Management & Letting service. They will provide professional management and maintenance services for the whole complex and for all apartments, together with regular rental income and investment returns of 8-10% per annum.

The annual maintenance charge for Redenka Palace is 250 Euros for a studio, 350 Euros for 1-bed apartments and 450 Euros for 2-bed apartments. Annual local taxes are approximately 70 Euros for a studio, 90 Euros for a 1-bed apartment and 120 for a 2-bed apartment.
