Consultancy house MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. has collaborated with the investor for proceeding the design documentation, approving the designs, issuing a construction permit, providing a construction company, concluding the necessary contracts and realization of the relevant legal relations, building, finishing and entering into exploitation.
The entire idea for the realization of the construction and the investment project is formed completely under the leadership and control of MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. The intention that up to the moment is for erecting a complex of three adjacent buildings with respect to better functionality of the developments, lower costs for constructing the infrastructure, easy property management and servicing the buildings by one personnel. Thus, the offered facilities can be used by all owners and tenants.
Villa “VITALITY” has 16 apartments and it is the first building of the complex which includes all needed amenities and meets the requirements for a hotel. It has a unique and original perception, typical version of the traditional Bansko architecture in a modern aspect – light ochre is the plaster, golden gneiss is the selected stone, the props and the wooden bordering are in dark brown. The whole vision gives a kind of modernized interpretation of the Bansko tradition in building a home. There is greenery in the yard; the fence is open-work. The erection is angle-formed on a corner plot. There is secured a central entrance from the west side, as there are lobby-bar with reception, sanitary premises, ski storage, offices for the management with sanitary and sleeping premises, outlet, one studio and apartment on the ground floor. Special installations are finished; video surveillance, cable and satellite TV, telephones and wireless Internet are secured. In the basement of the building, there are also foreseen and finished underground parking with 12 garages, common laundry premises, storages, SPA-center with sauna, Jacuzzi, showers and sanitary units.
According to consultant’s references, the office of MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. is designed, located in the last forth floor of the building in its south-eastern part with wonderful view to Todorka Peak and Vihren Peak of Pirin Mountain.
There is a designed, constructed and entered into exploitation electrical substation of the complex and also external connections, secured by MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd.
Consultancy house MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd. secures the forming of all contracts, documentation and notary transfer of the ownership for the separate properties, as well as for the entire supervision of the object and the complex from three adjacent buildings.
The development has been entered into exploitation by MAX CONSULT.BG Ltd., 2005.
