Bansko was announced a winter capital of the Balkans
05.10.2010The prestigious prize was presented on a grandiose ceremony in Novi Sad – Serbia, during the International Tourism Fair in the city.
The decision of the the Balkan Association was supported by the European and World Association of Hoteliers.
The mayor of Bansko noted, that he is happy for the recognition of Bansko. He also stated that Bansko truly deserves the prize for all the improvements made during the past 10 years, which are today appreciated by all guests of the resort.
The head of the Bulgarian Hotelier and Restauranteur Association announced that the prize is an advertisement for Bulgaria.
