Bulgaria is 51st in the World in Office Rent's Prices
18.3.2008Sofia continues to be the most preferred place for tenants of offices in Bulgaria.
Meanwhile, the attention toward the other big cities in Bulgaria increases as many new office projects have been realized.
Bulgaria ranks 51 in the ranking of most expensive countries for 2007 with levels of monthly rent in Sofia of 19 EUR square meter.
The ‘Cushman & Wakefiled' report also shows that the market in Bulgaria, Serbia and Macedonia will offer not enough office surfaces to satisfy the present demanding.
The rent prices' rising will end most probably after the middle of 2009, when a row of big - range projects.
