14.7.2008The last date for the submission of offers for the minority and the majority stake in Slantse Stara Zagora-Tabac offered by Bulgartabac Holding on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) is set for today (July 14).
The sale of a minority stake in Tobacco company Plovdiv will kick off on July 15 (Tuesday), while orders for the majority stake in the company may be placed on July 16.
Bulland Investments REIT will start dividend payment today. The company will distribute 0.0157 leva gross dividend per share.
The general shareholders' meetings of First Investment Bank (FIBank) and Fazan are also scheduled for today. The shareholders of the bank will put to vote a proposal for a change in the operations of the company and for the non-distribution of dividend with the purpose of capitalizing the profit under Bulgarian National Bank's Ordinance 8 on Capital Adequacy.
Fazan shareholders will decide on the distribution of last year's profit, while a day later those of Stara Planina Hold will put to vote a proposal for the repurchasing of up to 3% of the company's shares outstanding.
Mekom will debut on BSE on July 16 (Wednesday), only a week after Herti's shares were listed for trade on the bourse.
BSE's broader BG40 index lost 5.42% over the past week, dropping to 280.94 points, which is its lowest level since May 23. The SOFIX blue-chip index shed 2% on a weekly basis, closing at 1092.49 points on Friday.
