There will be five trading sessions as usual on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) this week following the last two six-day work weeks. Today (May 19) is the final day for acquiring stock in City Development REIT's stock and ERG Capital-1, which will enable the shareholders to exercise their voting rights at the general meetings of the two companies.

The shareholders of City Development will discuss the distribution of 1.994 leva gross dividend per share (1.8943 leva net), while ERG Capital-1 will pay shareholders 0.24 leva gross dividend per share.

The general shareholders' meetings of Elhim Iskra AD and Mak AD are scheduled for Tuesday (May 20), while Trace Group Hold's shareholders will meet on Wednesday.

The shareholders of Elhim Iskra will decide on the repurchasing of shares accounting for up to 3% of the capital of the company, while Mak's shareholders will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of the company's profit for 2007.

The shareholders of Trace Group Hold will discuss the distribution of the company's profit for 2007 and the retained profit from previous years on Wednesday. Administrative changes enabling the increase of the capital in the next five years and the floating of bonds will also be made.

The final day for sealing deals in stocks of Neochim and Sopharma, which will allow shareholders to take part at the respective general meetings of the two companies, is set for May 21(Wednesday).

Sopharma's shareholders will decide on the distribution of 0.05 leva gross dividend per share, while the shareholders of Neochim will put to vote a proposal for the distribution of 0.35 leva gross dividend per share and the repurchasing of shares accounting for up to 3% of the capital of the company.

The SOFIX blue-chip index added 6.49% last week, while the broader BG40 advanced by 5.37% on a weekly basis.
