Election moratorium
26.11.2009Electoral moratorium started before the second round of elections chiefs Bratislava, Banská Bystrica, Prešov and Trenčín Region. The law prohibits within 48 hours before the election and the day of the election campaign to disseminate any, whether for or against candidates.
The law does not permit the conduct of the election campaign rallies of citizens, in radio and television, in regional or national press or personal agitation in the polling station and its vicinity.
