30.1.2008
‘Kremikovtzi' cannot be liquidated and we reach full accordance about it, stated Bulgaria's Minister of Energy and Economic Peter Dimitrov after the meeting with the mills' owner Pramod Mittal.

Talks for Kremikovtzi's purchase are not over, Dimitrov pointed out, hoping that the deal should be over in a couple of hours.

The Minister explained that the negotiations treat the purchase of ‘Finmetal Holding', owner of 70% of the mill's stocks.

Dimitrov underlined that one of the candidates for Kremikovtzi had established a contact with the Government - Konstantin Zhevago.

He sent a couple of preliminary guarantee letters for his investment intentions.

The future owner of ‘Finmetal' will inherit the duties to invest in Kremikovtzi, including the ecology engagement sum of 120-140 million EUR.
