Macedonian President Gjorge Ivanov to visit Bulgaria
15.12.2009President of the Republic of Macedonia, Gjorge Ivanov, will pay a work visit to Bulgaria on December 19, 2009, at the invitation of Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov, the press office of the presidency announced.
President Georgi Parvanov will welcome his Macedonian counterpart at the Gyueshevo border checkpoint, where there will be a symbolic ceremony for the official lifting of the visa regime for Macedonian citizens.
There will be a private meeting between the two presidents at the Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena in the town of Bansko and then a meeting between the Bulgarian and Macedonian delegations. After that the two presidents will hold joint news conference.
