Sofia, September 3 (BTA) - National Ombudsman Maya Manolova submitted her resignation to the National Assembly on Tuesday. The move came a day after Manolova announced her intention to run for mayor of Sofia in the local elections on October 27. Citizens nominated her for the mayor's job in the capital on Monday.
