Sofia, November 29 (BTA) - Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov has asked and accepted the resignation of Bisser Petkov as Minister of Labour and Social Policy, the Government Information Service said on Friday. The Prime Minister's personnel decision is based on a build-up of reasons. In Borissov's opinion, "the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy does not operate at a pace living up to socio-political expectations", the press release says.
