14.1.2010Projects for renewable energy sources – mainly wind turbines and solar panels, with a total capacity of 12, 000 MW, have been filed with the Ministry of Ecology. This is what the incumbent minister Nona Karadzhova told a conference on alternative energy capacities, hosted by the Confederation of Entrepreneurs and Industrialists in Bulgaria (CEIBG).
“What we’re talking here is the energy equivalent of Slanchev Bryag or Bansko and we should not tolerate it”, UniCredit Bulbank’s head Levon Hampartzoumian commented.
