07.6.2010Buses full of wealthy Russians stop in front of the notary offices in the coastal towns and cities of Bulgaria so that their passengers could seal the real property deals they have struck. As the summer season is about to open, the interest of Russian investors in seaside realty in Bulgaria is increasing. Some seafront studios sell at just 20,000 euro. The Russians are the only investors on the Bulgarian real estate market who are interested in buying vacation homes and are ready to pay cash for them. Also, the Russians want to see the property they are buying, while their English colleagues are more willing to buy realty in Bulgaria over the Internet. According to real estate broker Tsvetelina Tasseva, director of the Adres real property agency, top rated real estates in the winter resort of Bansko sell at 280-300 euro/sqm.
