The doors toward the staircases are automated and smoke proofed. The doors towards the main switch and the boiler rooms are going to be made of solid metal, opening in an outward direction with fire resistance of 72 minutes. The building is made of a monolith metal and concrete construction with beam. The walls are made out of bricks – 25 cm with 5 cm isolation from the outside. The inner walls are made out of bricks – 12 cm. The building complies with the typical for Bansko architectural style. The facades are completed with wood, white and colored mineral rendering, socle is made of stone. The windows are made of interrupted “thermal-bridge”. The balcony railings are made of wood by an architectural detail. The roof is made of metal and concrete construction with the necessary thermal and hydro isolation layer, and the lining is made of tiles type “Marseille”
