The present project consists of a
residential building in plot 011036 in the area of “Gramadeto”,
Bansko. According to article 137, sub article 5 of the Territory Planning
Act, the project is a fourth category – residential building with
moderate build up. According to article 31, sub article 1 and 2 from Act
– 6 does not require provided access for handicap people. The project
is in compliance with the issued visa for architectural plans. The entrance
to the building is provided on basement level -2.95 m by an outside
staircase.
On the basement level of -2.95 m are situated the lobby, ski wardrobe, reception, office, main switch board, boiler room, conference room and a restaurant. Ap. 1 – a maisonette with one bedroom, hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom, staircase.
On ground level +0.00 m there are six apartments and a male and female dressing room for the swimming pool.

The inner walls are made out of bricks – 12 cm. The building complies with the typical for Bansko architectural style. The facades are completed with wood, white and colored mineral rendering, socle is made of stone. The windows are made of interrupted “thermal-bridge”. The balcony railings are made of wood by an architectural detail. The roof is made of metal and concrete construction with the necessary thermal and hydro isolation layer, and the lining is made of tiles type “Marseille”
