A project which has been realized on the grounds of Max Consult.Bg Ltd.’s investment program, located over terrain, owned by the company, right in Bansko heart in the most rapidly developing locality Gramadeto, in close proximity to all attractions of the town – five minutes away from gondola lift and exactly that far from downtown, surrounded by famous hotels as “Tanne”, “Ida”, “Perun”, “Kempinski” and others.

The project was developed as per owner’s references as it has been searched elaborating and realizing of project, comprising not only apartments but also all necessary for the comfort and good mood facilities such as restaurant, Spa-center with small fitness, reception and security guard, shops. The building optimizes a modern version of Bansko architecture, combining within the tradition and way of living of the town. Typical revetment stone, wooden elements – props, bordering, wooden joinery work, tiles and white plaster – all this typifies our idea of the style and new appearance of Bansko.
